How long is the SRT Wireless, LLC Limited Product Warranty?

The SRT Wireless, LLC (SRTW) Limited Product Warranty is an 18 month Warranty that begins on the day the product is shipped from an SRT facility.

How do I know when my Warranty started?

The SRTW Limited Product Warranty is an 18 month Warranty that begins on the day the product is shipped from an SRTW facility; the Warranty is not in any way related to the date the end-user receives the product. We understand that the end user who wishes to make a claim may not have been the initial recipient of the product and therefore may not know exactly when the product was shipped and thus the exact date the Warranty began. Once I have initiated a Warranty claim, how long do I have to ship the product to SRTW?

You must contact srtwrepairs@srtwireless.net and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning any product. You have seven calendar days to ship the product back to SRTW from the date that you receive your RA number.

Where exactly do I ship the product that I would like to be repaired/replaced?

Who pays the shipping costs if I need to send something to SRTW?

You are fully responsible for all shipping costs, including any taxes and/or fees, as well as the appropriate insurance as you assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to us. We recommend that you use a traceable method of shipping for your protection.

Who pays the shipping costs to and from SRTW if the item is ultimately determined to be in need of repair and is under Warranty?

SRTW stands behind the quality of its products and strives to provide a high level of customer service. As such, SRTW will pay the return shipping charges if repairs are covered by Warranty. SRTW may also, at its discretion, reimburse shipping costs and fees that were initially paid for by the customer when shipping the product to SRTW.

Who pays the shipping costs to and from SRTW if the item is ultimately determined NOT to be in need of repair and/or is determined to be out of Warranty (OOW)?

The customer is responsible for all costs of repairs not covered under the Warranty and will also be responsible for all return shipping charges. SRTW will fax, mail, or email an estimate of repairs and return shipping to the customer and will not proceed with any repairs until customer’s reply is secured.

How are out of Warranty (OOW) claims handled?

The customer will be responsible for all costs of repairs not covered under the Warranty and will also be responsible for all return shipping charges. What if SRTW does not fix the problem and the product has to be retuned again?

If the repair SRTW makes does not fix the problem, then the product may be returned to SRTW for repair at no additional cost to customers regardless of  Warranty status.

Will SRTW repair or replace the product?

SRTW will determine, at its sole discretion, whether to repair or replace an item that is covered under Warranty. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor. If the product or part is replaced, the replacement product or part will be comparable to the original. Replacement parts will be new or serviceably used.

How does a repair or a replacement done under Warranty affect the total length of the Warranty?

Regardless of whether the product or part is repaired or replaced, it will be warranted for the longer of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment from an SRTW facility or the remainder of the Warranty period. Any additional purchases or upgrades will not extend this Limited Product Warranty.
